Mixing drum

 Baosteel highly wear-resistant B520JJ guarantees long life. The mixing blades adopt double logarithmic spiral band and concave curve to achieve high feeding and discharge speeds and no more than 0.5% residual rate, which is far below the national standard (2%).

 

Feeding and discharge system

The high capacity feeding hopper features high feeding speed and adopts three-point flexible support to achieve high impact resistance. It's internally lined with wear-resistance alloy lining plates to achieve long life.
